Gayleen Pont joined TriPoint in 1989. The primary focus of her career has been construction surety and insurance. She has continuously been promoted throughout her distinguished career, broadening her responsibilities to include managing our Surety Department, as well as managing the insurance programs for our largest construction clients.
Gayleen was promoted to Vice President in 2010. As Vice President, she manages our TriPoint team members. Along with her management tasks, Gayleen continues to coordinate the insurance programs for our VIP construction clients and maintains the brokerage’s strong insurance carrier and surety relationships.
Gayleen has consistently served a dual role for TriPoint in both surety and commercial insurance. This unique blend has given her the ability to thoroughly understand our construction clients’ needs. She has created strong relationships with our clients that have been maintained for decades.
Gayleen is an integral member of our organization. She is passionate about creating strong relationships with our clients, building communication both internally and externally and supporting our team members to become the best that they can be.
